CoVid-19 UPDATE: We will continue to ship whilst our logistical services remain open. Shipping times may be extended due to issues faced by Australia Post. Victoria in particular is experiencing delays due to Stage 4 lockdown requirements of a reduced workforce. Please be patient, everyone is doing the best they can.

"Local pick-up" option will be either home-delivered or pick-up by arrangement.

We ship within Australia at a flat rate of $10.00 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150*. 

We also offer Overnight Toll Courier Service at $25 (Must fit into a 5kg satchel) and order placed prior to 1pm NSW time. Please note some remote locations may take up to 2 days via this option. Toll operates Monday-Friday only and does NOT deliver on weekends. Orders sent via Toll on a Friday afternoon will not be delivered until the following Monday. CoVid update for Toll: due to restrictions between states and reduced flight schedules we are unable to guarantee deliveries will be completed overnight. Please keep this in mind.

 

*Please note some items are considered to be 'bulky items' and these will incur an additional shipping cost. This will be itemised on the product description. If you order a bulky item you will be sent a separate shipping invoice, even if your cart total is above the free shipping threshold.

Orders are dispatched via  Australia Post on the same day or next (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has been sent. 

During the check out process, you should specify any special delivery instructions. All deliveries require a signature on delivery unless you select otherwise from the Australia Post messaging service. If you are happy to Safe Drop please indicate this.

For WA, NT, TAS and SA please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please check the Australia Post www.auspost.com.au website if you require a time estimate from our postcode 2400 to yours.

Robin's Nest can not be held responsible for items lost in the shipping process once the products have left our warehouse. 

If, for some reason, there is a delay with dispatch of your order we will communicate this within 2 working days, and communicate a delivery timeframe. Should a delayed dispatch time not meet your needs, we will be happy to process a refund.

International

Robin's Nest for Children is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. If you are outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please send an email to sales@robinsnest.com.au itemising the products you wish to order. We will provide an invoice via Paypal with the delivery charge shown as a separate item on your invoice. For a quote only on international shipping costs for your order, please also email us on sales@robinsnest.com.au. A Paypal invoice can be paid using a credit card, you do not need to have a Paypal account.

Delivery will be made during business hours. Please specify delivery instructions for your order during the check out process.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
