Dining

Whilst we are not a restaurant, guests are able to pre-book an evening meal.

Cost for dinner is $35.00 for 2 courses or $40.00 for 3 courses.

We use fresh local Tasmanian produce wherever possible, and offer a complementary glass of local wine with dinner.

Some suggestions for dinner:

Soup of the day may be one of the following: pea and ham, chicken, mushroom, potato and leek, tomato and veg, or beef and barley.

Main may be one of the following:

- Tassie salmon or trout with local fresh veges or salad.
- Sweet chilli chicken with rice.
- Minted lamb chops with mash and vegetables or salad.
- Hearty beef stew or Shepherd's pie.

Vegetarian option: Spinach and Feta filo or vegetable risotto.

Or you may simply prefer a cheese platter or light snack.
